This hotel met all requests! Suite had everything you could need. The staff were friendly lot of the time...

The room was large and the breakfast was very good. The executive apartment we were given had a safe, multi-channel television and a work desk. As picky eaters we truly enjoyed to be close to a wide array of restaurants, went to gustavino piazza signoria couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

The hotel had a WONDERFUL location. We enjoyed the fact that we chose il bargello. Piazza della repubblica and other tourist destinations where situated within walking distance of this place.
